          The Foreign Affairs administration of the Ministry of Flanders เป็นทุนการศึกษาภายใต้การดูแลของ Universiteit Antwerpen (UA)  ประกอบด้วยทุนระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก

• ทุน Partial Scholarship ระดับปริญญาโท

           ให้ทุนการศึกษาในสาขา Transport and Maritime Management (MTMM)   โดยมูลค่าทุนการศึกษารวมค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัว 620 ยูโรต่อเดือน  และค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษา 5540 ยูโร ตลอดระยะเวลาศึกษา    ทั้งนี้ผู้รับทุนจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนหนึ่ง ที่ต้องจ่ายให้กับสถานศึกษาเอง (ประมาณ 3000 ยูโร)   

          ผู้สมัครขอรับทุนจะต้องมาจากประเทศที่มี bilateral agreement หรือ cultural agreement กับ the Ministry of Flanders อาทิเช่น Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Dutch Antilles, Surinam, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland, Malawi เป็นต้น

• ทุนระดับปริญญาเอก

             วิจัยในสาขาเกี่ยวกับ Data Mining and its integration into Database Systems and Inductive Databases  รวม 4 ปี  มูลค่าทุนการศึกษา 1,380 ยูโรต่อเดือน  ผู้สมัครต้องสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขา Computer Science
